i) The service is payable by credit card only unless other arrangements have been agreed with Secure Hosting Ltd.
ii) The service is intended for permission based lists, ie. "opt-in" subscribers who have consented to join your email lists. The service is in no way to be used for sending unsolicited messages ("spam"). Any users found to be abusing the service in this way will have their account terminated immediately with no refunds, and may also be liable to prosecution by Secure Hosting Ltd.
BILLING CYCLES
The billing cycle is the first day of each calendar month.
Your first payment will be charged at a daily rate according to the number of days used within the calendar month after the free trial period has expired (daily rate calculated at a rate of monthly fee divided by 30).
CANCELLATION
You are free to cancel at any point. Your last payment will be for the entire month during which your cancellation notice is received.
